A fusion of period flats, London

In the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, our client sought more space for her and her daughter. She purchased the flat above hers aiming to merge the two properties and create a charming, functional family home.  Revolution Projects stepped in to bring her vision to life.

PROJECT SUM ~1M

Having collaborated with Revolution Projects on previous residential transformations, the client turned to us, this time for her own home. She trusted our expertise to execute a full build and refurbishment, merging the two flats into a two-story living space.

We undertook a full renovation, including electrical and mechanical upgrades, the transformation of bedrooms and bathrooms, restoring original floors, and constructing a custom internal staircase to link the two levels. We also built an extension to house a dedicated home office with direct garden access.

The client often has business meetings and professional photoshoots held at the property.   Emile Malaney,  our project coordinator, created a flexible work schedule to accommodate last-minute design changes,  and ensured that key features were completed and ready to be showcased in professional shoots.

Attention to detail was top priority. Our team delivered an intricate decoration schedule, including bespoke wall fabric panelling and specialist painting.  The project was very dynamic and we adapted to the ongoing design changes, working closely with the client and contractors to accommodate variations without compromising timelines or budgets.

The result? A beautifully transformed, functional, and stylish home that perfectly aligns with our client’s lifestyle.
