To ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship, we were meticulous selecting a principal contractor who could work seamlessly with us to reimagine the farmhouse and its entertaining spaces.
As a second home for our clients, the project demanded a smooth and proactive workflow. We delivered new modern wing extensions to both the farmhouse and barn and managed the creation of an extensive outdoor landscape incorporating a beach walk, designed by Charlotte Sanderson. The building and refurbishment also included a pool with pool house, a tennis pavilion, boat shed and helipad. The project was completed in under two years—despite the challenges posed by COVID restrictions.
Under the design vision from Peter Joseph, the interior featured natural wood refurbished ceiling beams, carefully crafted staircase and wood furniture. The result is a home full of character and authentic country feel.
Throughout the project we maintained a closed relationship with our clients. Revolution Projects project lead, Phill Grocott, and senior project coordinator, Alison Wardle, met on site every other week with the client to review progress, provide supportive advise and ensuring transparent job valuations. It was a proactive approach that the client found invaluable and refreshing and resulted in a relationship based on trust.
